He might tell you things you will be unhappy to know.
if your test number is over 4 -it will not make your day.

He will give you a choice of cutting, chemo or radiation,
none of them very pleasant and difficult to consider.
Thinking about it, alas, will fill you with consternation.
But, something has do be done, there are things more bitter.

Whatever you decide, your sex life will be on hold,
if you can resume it, you will be ever so lucky.
Of course you can get along without it, I am told.
and yet, the thought of losing it is ever so yucky !

So, put yourself in his hands and take his advice :
he certainly will follow your wishes and effect a cure.
Yes, it is one of those things that make life less nice:
yet, you will be wise to trust his expertise, of that I am sure !
